Aybl to Balance

‘Aybl to Balance’ is an advertising project made for the female focused sportswear brand Aybl. It explores the idea of balancing all aspects of life through the practice of yoga, specifically chakra yoga. This includes mentally, physically and spiritually being well and balanced equally to be able to reach the highest form of yourself. In chakra yoga there is seven different points of energy and in this series I’ve explored what this means in terms of opening these points and how it in turn will elevate the individual.
